The best way to resolve problems between buyers and sellers is communication. If after you have talked with the buyer or seller and things are still not resolved, you should contact us by using the contact tab in the main menu or at the bottom of this page. You also have the option to report a user and we will look into the matter. We do not tolerate scam auctions.

Buyers and sellers need to use good judgment when bidding on or selling items. We use a rating system on this site so you should always check a seller and users feedback before bidding on an item. If a seller or buyers rating shows a trend towards the negative side we will contact that person and warn them and if their behavior continues to cause negative feedback they may be suspended from this site.

Firearm sales are allowed on this site but if you are buying or selling guns on this website, it is your responsibility to buy and sell within the laws of your area. Any gun that is sold on this site must be sent to an FFL dealer to complete the process for obtaining a firearm. If you break the law in this regard, you will be committing a felony. Anyone not following the rules will be banned from this site for life and we will contact the proper authorities to report anyone breaking the law.

Bottom line, if you are a seller of guns, be certain that you ship only to the customer's FFL dealer. If you are a customer buying a gun, be certain that you are legally allowed to own it in your area and be certain that you yourself are legally allowed to have a firearm.

Gun sales on this site will only be allowed within the United States of America. No importation or export of firearms will be tolerated. If you try this, you will be banned and the proper law enforcement agency will be notified.

There are no "end of auction" fees on this site. The only fees we charge, are for extra items such as, category featured, home page featured. bold and highlighted listings and media uploads. All standard listings are free of charge with no fees.

You sure can. If you are trying to accept payments using Paypal, you just have to go to your "Members Area". Once there you click the "My Account" section. Once you are there, click the "Manage Account" link. Now all you have to do is fill in the information and enter your paypal ID (e-mail address) and then click "Update". You will now be able to accept Paypal payments on your auctions.
